LOL, I was hoping to find some pretty Japanese Paper Lanterns to photograph but I saw these in a store display window instead and since it’s that time of year these are my entry for the Paper Theme! To keep hunting go here. Happy Hunting….

oh, more paper lanterns (I just saw some elsewhere)! Beautiful!! And I’m starting to wonder why I never came to the idea to have them in my garden as light source for our BBQ’s. Will make a note for next summer!

chinese lantern festival is near too… i think its on the 25th of sept…

Nice Halloween paper lanterns. The lantern festival for the chinese community is just around the corner too, which falls on the 15th of the 8th moon, which is this coming tuesday

We don’t really celebrate Halloween here in Australia, although our kids always ask to do something. I love lanterns. These are lovely.
