What a beautiful picture.
I’m wondering though- it doesn’t look like much snow to me-they don’t close schools where I live until we are measuring snow by the feet. So- was it icy there? Or do they just not get much snow?
Melanie, Yes it is generally because of ice that schools will be closed but also if there is enough snow the roads are treacherous because of all the hills we have in the Seattle area. There isn’t enough snow generally for people to know how to drive in snow without problems…
