My new favorite Web site is SparkPeople.
I think it works fine for this weeks WFMW because you can buy stuff off this site, too. But mostly you get a lot of great free tips on fitness, eating right, recipes. It’s free to sign up. They send you a daily new exercise to view and try if you’d like. They give you support for your own personal fitness issues, like high cholesterol, etc. So check it out, I think you’ll like the variety and thoroughness of the site. I’ll call it shopping for your good.
Now to make this a WFMW that really goes by the rules I’ll tell you that the other Online Website that I frequent for buying stuff (mostly books) is Amazon.com.

Don’t ask what I am doing up so late. I need to check this out and then let Chad at work know about it. He has high cholesterol. Vera and I even watched AI – Out of Control!
Free is always great, Ellen. Thanks for the tip.
In my post I’m encouraging everyone to support mommy bloggers who are Amazon associates (like me), or sell crafts on Etsy, or have ads on their blog, etc.
I have used the Sparkpeople site before and found it very useful. I like that I can track what I eat and see how many calories I am taking in. The best thing is it’s free!
hmm…i’ll check it out, thanks!
Good to see another SparkPeople user! I love it and recommend it to everyone I know.
my father-in-law really likes sparkpeople. i know that having an exercise (and in a mom’s case babysitting) buddy is essential to staying motivated and supported.
we did a weight-loss competition last year. don’t know if it was a great idea. is it better to compete and reward a single winner, or to keep more of a team ethic? wonder if those biggest loser contestants on tv have something like sparkpeople…
