Mosaic Monday ~ Dogwood

My mosaic photos are from a Dogwood tree I saw at Juanita Bay Park in Washington state.

Mary at Little Red House is the hostess for Mosaic Monday so to join in the fun click on over to her place. She really has a eye for creating a beautiful mosaic…

Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.

  1. I adore dogwood! You captured it beautifully šŸ™‚ We have a dogwood tree in our front yard, and each year I get excited when it blooms.

  2. Hello! I had to look to see where you were located because your dogwood is so very different from that of ours, on the east coast. Quite beautiful with the little pointed stars.
Our dogwood in Maryland has been gone for about a month now and I miss it but I did get some good photos this year.
    Cheers!

  3. Oh Ellen, this is so lovely! Isn’t it amazing how one type of flowering tree can create so much beauty in our lives? Thanks so much for joining the gun at Mosaic Monday! šŸ™‚

  4. Hello Ellen, Mosaic Monday is my favourite weekly event as I get to see such beautiful photography and creative mosaics, your dogwood is so gorgeous, happy Monday, Kathy.

  5. Hello Ellen B.,

I swear if I miss your morning post by the time I get here in the afternoon you’ve got two more up. All of your pictures of Kirkland are so beautiful as well as all your blossoms. It’s the simple things in life that bring the most pleasure :).

I hope you have a lovely Sunday!

  6. pretty!!

I don’t remember what she was doing at the door….probably either Daddy had opened the storm door and she was waiting for him to open the door or she was playing with the keys in the lock….never can tell with that girl!

  7. Hi Ellen,

I love the rhythm of the flowers cascading through the center of your mosaic. The Dogwood tree certainly has a way of stopping me right in my tracks. Beautiful composition!

I’m going back for a second look now.

    Blessings – Debbie
